You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and participate in any real-money activity on sisa4d. Age verification is mandatory.
All transactions on sisa4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. No hidden conversion fees apply.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements before winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. Read each offer's specific terms carefully.
Each individual may hold only one sisa4d account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sisa4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
Collusion, match-fixing, the use of automated betting software, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sisa4d ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the sisa4d platform, accessible at sisa4d.cam and any associated mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
sisa4d operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate in all locations.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:
To register and maintain an account on sisa4d, you must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement. Any winnings generated prior to verification of age eligibility may be forfeited.
sisa4d is operated principally for Indonesian-resident players. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or participate. It remains your personal responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your specific location before using the Platform.
Each individual natural person may hold only one registered account on sisa4d. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. The Company will close any duplicate accounts discovered, and all funds within those accounts may be forfeited without compensation.
Employees, contractors, and close family members of sisa4d, its parent entities, subsidiaries, game providers, and payment processors are not eligible to register or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
To open an account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your full legal name, a valid email address, date of birth, and a secure password. You agree that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent update is accurate, complete, and current.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. sisa4d will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us immediately of a suspected breach.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. In the event that you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
sisa4d is required under its operating licence to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals or permitting continued access above defined activity thresholds. Verification requires submission of the following documents:
Standard KYC reviews are completed within 24 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). In complex cases requiring additional documentation, the review period may extend to 72 hours. You will be notified by email at each stage of the verification process.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. Persistent non-compliance may result in permanent account closure. In cases where fraudulent documents are submitted, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.
sisa4d accepts deposits via the following channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, transactions above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to additional verification under our anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.
Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the sending bank. sisa4d accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party banking systems or e-wallet providers.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
sisa4d does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely beyond the Company's control. We recommend consulting your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transfer.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing. Players must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawals are capped at Rp 100.000.000 per day unless a higher limit has been approved in writing for VIP-tier accounts.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on any given day are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB will be processed by 09:00 WIB on the following day. During periods of high withdrawal volume or in cases requiring additional verification, processing times may extend up to 24 hours.
Withdrawals may be temporarily restricted in the following circumstances:
Bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus activity are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real-money funds deposited by the player remain withdrawable at any time, subject to the restrictions listed in clause 7.4 above.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on sisa4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence for the subject matter of that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer's individual terms, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 must generate Rp 2.000.000 in qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, sports betting, and togel (numbers lottery) markets may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagers placed on restricted games during an active bonus cycle may be voided.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without compensation. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
sisa4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close an account if there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus abuse tactics include but are not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and arbitrage betting against promotional terms.
All bets placed on sisa4d are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a wager. Requests to cancel, amend, or void confirmed bets will not be entertained except where explicitly permitted under specific game rules.
sisa4d reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play events. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrectly displayed odds, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment, walk-overs, technical errors, or verified data feed failures. The Company's decision on whether to void a bet in exceptional circumstances is final and binding.
All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from official licensed draw operators. sisa4d does not control or influence draw outcomes. Payouts for togel games are calculated strictly according to the published prize tables active at the time of ticket purchase. Disputes regarding draw results must be raised within 48 hours of the relevant draw.
Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the individual game studios providing the content (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be resolved according to the studio's standard disconnection policy. sisa4d accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sisa4d Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

All accounts are subject to a mandatory minimum age of 21 years. The Company conducts age verification checks on all accounts and will not permit real-money activity until identity and age have been satisfactorily confirmed.
All content on the sisa4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of sisa4d. Any unauthorised use of the Company's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
sisa4d endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and events beyond the Company's reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability. The Company accepts no liability for losses — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from Platform unavailability.
All game outcomes on sisa4d are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer action, as applicable. The Company makes no warranty regarding the likelihood of winning or the suitability of any game for a particular player's preferences. Gambling inherently involves risk, and past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant incident.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless sisa4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Your use of the sisa4d Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Personal and financial data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
sisa4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your real-money balance before the amended Terms come into force.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sisa4d holds its international operating licence. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved informally and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to our complaints resolution process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected].
The Company's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to the formal complaints process described above. Players expressly waive any right to initiate class action proceedings against sisa4d in connection with this Agreement.
